Our Approach to Fitness

Welcome to StrongHer! I'm Caitlin, an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and GGS Menopause Certified Coach. I'm here to support your health journey through every phase of life. 
I came into strength training a few years ago as a way to improve my physical health. However strength training has given me so much more than I ever could have expected. Training has helped me learn how to care for myself, given me confidence that spills into everyday life. I'm thrilled to share my knowledge and passion with you, empowering you to embrace your strength and pursue your dreams.
